We have begun a search for a restaurant savvy investor for our plan to develop a number of dining concepts starting in Portland, Oregon. The first concept is a Michelin Star quality Farm to Fork Share Plate concept to be matched in a Pub setting. Casual food at great pricing with local ingredients and all of this combined with Michelin star quality cooking. Hand made cocktails and artisan craft beers will be the beverage draw for the this large demographic in the Portland market. We are using local Portland individuals who are dedicated into the evening dining scene as location scouts as we view multiple turn key operations. Keeping initial investment low and the attractive low overhead in the Portland Market will ensure a solid ROI with great growth potential.  THL will be the first of a number of properties that will have separate concepts with the same quality driven service.
