Open Source Information Security

About

A foundation and think tank to provide internship opportunities to non-neurotypical and neurotypical open source software developers. Training autism spectrum students as intern test engineers to partner with neurotypical interns to develop and test the security and long term stability of open source software projects. Our goals are to promote awareness of both open source software and the neurodiversity movement as well as provide placement services and training for those interested in developing careers as open source software developers, testers and builders. Aside from placement services we also see an opportunity for marketing our own services and software. The dream for the founders of this project is to see a network of software development, security and testing firms built for and by a supportive neurodiverse community. We’d like to become a model for future social entrepreneurs with Non-Profit and open source ideals as well as profitable services and support.
