Given that nurse staffing is one of the largest line-item expenses for hospitals, HcT2 will enter the market with a suite of scheduling and staffing solutions that will completely transform a multi-billion dollar industry saving hospitals money the first month of adoption of HcT2’s solutions, improving employee satisfaction (reducing turnover, which costs hospitals hundreds of thousands of dollars annually) and helping ensure safe staffing levels. The introductory concept is simple and efficient, but it is the go-to-market strategy that will lead to the most significant and permanent improvements. Our strategy unfolds in successive stages and is designed to fill a critical void in nurse staffing; to build a strong user base (both by capturing individual nurses and hospital departments); and become well-positioned to compete in the temp. staffing market from a technology angle. In each stage we will increase the efficiency of operation of a notoriously inefficient space.
