There are several tax incentives for investors in this film, including IRS Section 181, which lets investors deduct the full amount of their investment in the year they make the investment. There are also state incentives which will rebate a portion of the cost of the film to the investors. For the tax savvy investor the incentives can almost match the amount of the investment. We also will have a completion guarantee bond which will further protect all investments in the film. Besides direct investment there are other low risk options for investors such as loan guarantees which would not require up front capital.
