Chinook Book powers mobile coupons for premium local retailers and natural/organic grocery product manufacturers -- distributing offers through our mobile apps and strategic partners, including Google. We curate offers from high-quality local merchants who pay for distribution through our mobile products and partner network. We source product offers from manufacturers and enable in-store redemption and clearing. Our offers are typically exclusive, deep discount and single-use. Consumers get free access to a subset of offers and pay for full access. We launched our first (retail) mobile app in 2010 and added manufacturer offers in the summer of 2013: • Over 2,000 high-quality merchants in five markets: San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Denver & Minneapolis. • Manufacturer coupons accepted at 70+ grocers (including 40 Whole Foods locations). • 100,000+ mobile users, 1/3 pay for access.
