On a 2011 Mt. Hood backpacking trip, our dog was injured from the design flaws in her pack. Searching for options, we were met with annoying hanging straps and packs that would end up sideways in the middle of an excited running session, and always we agonize about having to strap the dogs in on our hands and knees - it just seemed like there had to be a better way. We wanted something more our style, something more in line with our packs and outerwear. So we set out to create dog gear that is functional and safe, that is innovative, and that has branding that we connect with. From the vision of the pack came ideas to improve upon leashes and collars as well, and we have gone through dozens of iterations, prototypes, and field tests, and we are finally ready to share our vision. We make good looking, practical, hardwearing gear for people who are passionate about getting outdoors with their pets. Brave the City. Brave the Wild. BRAVERY.
